Waterdeep:Laeral Silverhand

Laeral Silverhand is the current Open Lord of Waterdeep, since Dagult Neverember's ousting from the position in 1489 DR. A centuries-old wizard, Laeral is one of the most accomplished spellcasters in Faerûn, and one of the most prolific magic item creators in all of recorded history. Formerly a Harper and an adventurer, Laeral is a granddaughter of the goddess Mystra. Mystra offered Laeral and her sister Syluné the mantle of Chosen of Mystra as incentive for the two sisters to cease their spell-battle in 841 DR, which both women accepted.
