The Harpers are a group of altruists who work to keep power out of the hands of evil tyrants. Only non-evil characters may join the Harpers, and they especially welcome bards and wizards. The Harpers have many secret gathering places within Waterdeep.
An initiate to the Harpers is a Watcher. At rank 3 they become a Harpshadow. At rank 10 they become a Brightcandle. At rank 25 they become a Wise Owl. At rank 50 they become a High Harper.
