You summon the eerie song and wailing of lost souls from a point you can see within range. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius sphere centered there must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 psychic damage, and it is frightened for the duration. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage, and it is frightened until the end of its next turn.
