Book Wyrm's Treasure
Book Wyrm's Treasure is a bookstore in Trollskull Alley owned and operated by Rishaal the Page-Turner, a gold dragonborn. In addition to muindane books, he also allows wizards, characters with the Ritual Caster feat, and warlocks with the Book of Ancient Secrets invocation to copy spells from his spellbook (for a small fee), and sells spell scrolls of spells he knows.

Corellon's Crown
Fala Lefaliir spells potions from their herbalism shop. You are Silver Rewards members with the Guild of Apothecaries and Physicians, and as a result you get a 20% discount on common and uncommon potions from guild members in the city.

A pawnbroker in Skullport, the proprietor Krystaleen buys non-consumable nonmagical items at 1/4 their price listed in the book, and sells the same at 5x the book price. There is a 10% chance she has what you're looking for in stock.

City Watch Armory
As a City Watch member of rank Watchman and above, Noctus Vrii-Bildiik has access to the City Watch armory. By paying the base price of the weapon type you want, you can give up any uncommon weapon to get a +1 weapon of any type, or give up any rare armor to get a +1 armor of any type.
Harper Fence
As Harpers of rank Watcher and above, Finn Wisegrove and Randolph Vistar have access to Harper fences. A Harper fence will accept a magic item and some gold, and exchange it for another magic item.

The Poisoned Quill
Tasselgryn Velldarn is an elderly mage who offers several services to people in Skullport. She apparently is friends, at the very least, with Halaster Blackcloak, which may explain her ability to use teleportation circle despite the restrictions on magic imposed by Undermountain.

The Sword and Sextant
Halflings Oleander and Will buy and sell maps from this shop. With an hour of effort, a character can help them improve their available maps of floors within Undermountain. They pay 1 gp for your time, plus 5 gp with a successful DC 18 Wisdom (Insight) check, made with advantage if you have Cartographer's Tools proficiency. Each floor can only be attempted once, and only after you have explored a portion of it.

Ulkoria Stonemarrow
Ulkoria Stonemarrow is a representative of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors. She was also, once upon a time, the owner of Trollskull Manor, which you are the current owners of, and which you have converted into the Revenant's Rest tavern. Ulkoria desires your sucess, and has offered to cast glyph of warding in and around the tavern, should you wish her to do so. Her spell save DC for these glyphs is 17.

As thanks for covering for the gap in the guard rotation to protect members of the Dungsweepers' Guild, the City Watch will help you when they're able.
Guardian Angel
As thanks for obtaining information about the thief known as the Black Viper, Hlam shadowed you to rescue you when you were in over your head. Hlam's assistance is only available once.
Guild of Apothecaries and Physicians
As thanks for dealing with the gazer harassing a friend of the Harpers, you have Silver Rewards Membership with the Guild of Apothecaries and Physicians. Common and uncommon potions purchased from guild members are 20% cheaper.
Helm's Hall
As thanks for dealing with the Zhentarim protection racket in the Field Ward, you can get free healing and restoration magic from Helm's Hall. Resurrection services are available at half price, to a minimum of the price of the material components required for the resurrection.
Istrid Horn
As thanks for dealing with the drow serial killer in the Dock Ward, Istrid Horn is willing to loan you up to 2,500 gp.
Phaulkonmere
As thanks for eliminating the scarecrows harassing farmers outside of town, you can board any pets you like at Phaulkonmere, headquarters of the Emerald Enclave in Waterdeep.
Ulbrinter Villa
As thanks for coordinating messages with the talking horse used by the Harpers, you can use Ulbrinter Villa as a safe house for one night, no questions asked.
Vajra Safahr
As thanks for speaking with Hlam on her behalf, Vajra will use her position as the Blackstaff to pardon you if you are arrested... once. Outside of your immediate awareness, this favor has been used up.

As a Summerstrider in the Emerald Enclave, Cúthalion can spend 2 weeks of downtime to learn one of:

As Harpshadows in the Harpers, Finn and Randolph can spend 2 weeks of downtime to learn one of:

As a Brightcandle in the Harpers, Finn and Randolph may each request a common or uncommon magic item in exchange for another magic item of equal or greater rarity that has not been given to you by the Harpers. The search for the new item will take two tendays, but the old item does not need to be given up until the end, and you need not participate in the search.

Ludwig
As a Viper with the Zhentarim, Ludwig can hire three thugs for 2 sp per day, or three veterans for 2 gp per day. The hirelings can perform unsupervised tasks, but will not go adventuring with you.
Noctus Vrii-Bildiik
As a Sergeant in the City Watch, Noctus can spend 2 weeks of downtime to learn one of:
