Rongquan Mystere is a member of the Lords' Alliance and answers directly to Laeral Silverhand, the Open Lord of Waterdeep. He is also the owner of the Seven Masks Theater, and can often be seen there watching rehearsals and performances.

True Name

According to the ghost who greets visitors at the Seven Masks Theater, whoever Rongquan is, that is not his real name.
