(OOC: This is an implementation of the Gibbering Shield infusion from Tasha's Crucible of Everything Else volume 2)
Prerequisite: 6th-level Artificer
Item: a shield (requires attunement)
A creature gains a +1 bonus to Armor Class while wielding this shield.
While holding this shield, creatures within 5 feet of you, including yourself, can't take reactions. Creatures that are immune to psychic damage are immune to this effect.
