Lookshy is the heart of the military power in the Confederation of Rivers, located at the mouth of the Yanaze River on the Inland Sea.
Despite its proximity to the Imperial City, Lookshy has consistently refused to bend the knee to the Realm, and has repelled multiple attacks from Realm legions over the centuries. Its might and successes over the Realm can be partly attributed to the fact that it has access to more magical artifacts and armaments than any other military force in the world.
