Forerunner has the technology to create cybernetic implants, enhancing a body in a variety of ways. These are most effective when installed while growing a bio sleeve in a biofabricator, but certain implants can be added with surgery later, or to an individual who was never bio fabricated.
The effects of these implants are represented by the Cybernetic enhancement feat given for free to all bio sleeve characters.
