Message in a Bottle:Cybernetic implants

Forerunner has the technology to create cybernetic implants, enhancing a body in a variety of ways. These are most effective when installed while growing a bio sleeve in a biofabricator, but certain implants can be added with surgery later, or to an individual who was never bio fabricated.

The effects of these implants are represented by the Message in a Bottle:Template:Cybernetic enhancement feat given for free to all bio sleeve characters.
